On a beautiful morning in May (Saturday the 10th) 2008, all the employees of Luminos, along with a large group of friends and family, met in Ann Arbor to participate in the MS Walk, an annual event organized by the National Multiple Sclerosis Society (NMSS) to raise funds and awareness of the often times debilitating disease, multiple sclerosis (MS). With the efforts of the team and the generous individuals and companies who sponsored them, Team Luminos was able to raise over $3000!

The NMSS funds more MS research than any other private organization. The NMSS also provides much needed education, programs, and services to everyone who is affected by MS: the diagnosed, their friends and families, and the healthcare professionals who work with them.

A huge thank you goes out to everyone who joined us for the 4-mile walk or helped out at event registration and those who supported the efforts of the NMSS through donation, especially Hile Design, who donated their time and effort to produce a T-shirt for Team Luminos and cover half the cost of printing the shirts. THANK YOU!
