Luminos is committed to providing quality products. Any product that does not meet the performance standards indicated on the accompanying Technical Datasheet will be replaced at no charge within 60 days. No guarantee of performance is made for novel or unknown applications of our products.

Written confirmation of phone orders is NOT required. Please mark all confirming orders as "Confirming Order" to avoid duplication. Standing orders may be arranged for items used on a regular basis and receive the corresponding discount for the total quantity ordered.

USA Shipping Orders received before 3:00 PM EST are normally shipped the same day, Monday-Thursday and delivered the following business day. All orders are shipped via Federal Express unless otherwise requested. Shipping charges are prepaid F.O.B. Ann Arbor, MI and are added to the invoice. Foreign Shipping Customers from countries that do not have a Luminos distributor may order directly from us. Upon receipt of a foreign order, we will issue a pro forma invoice that will include a charge for shipping and handling. We may require payment before product will be shipped. If you have a Federal Express account or other preferred courier, we prefer to bill shipping, duties and taxes to your account.

Terms of payment are net thirty (30) days from the date of shipment. A 1.5% service charge per month is added for accounts past due over 30 days. Luminos reserves the right to withhold shipments if accounts are past due.

Luminos reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notification. Prices quoted are U.S. Dollars. The purchaser assumes responsibility for any applicable tax.

Please call customer service before returning any products for refund, credit or replacement. NO returns will be accepted without prior written authorization. Returns are subject to a restocking fee of 20%.

The product described in the kit insert or datasheet is for laboratory research only. It must not be used on or in human subjects or for clinical diagnosis.
